You have to work as a team like ANTS.

My review is that in company you have to work as a team, by doing that nothing will come impossible to your team. During working hours you need to focus, work hard to finish jos given each and everyday. Healthyand Safety is very important in work places, you need to make all surrounding clean, neat and tidy even the time of your work, after work as a manager is your duty to tell your team that after work is done, they have to clean, tide up and neat. Your team must know how to take care of themselves, they must be always look clean and dress up well. Your team also must also know how to use all equipments around the building very well, as a manager you have to train them how to use them, teach them and understand better.

Pros: I can be very happy to be promoted after a short period of time. Because i can assure everyone that i love what i do all the time
Cons: I have no problem to work long hours, because thats my opinion to make jobs done at the end of the day.

Good learning opportunity

Having to deal with contractors, Head of departments and facilities maintenance.i have a goor relationship with my employees and we work together as a string team

It is e very good company to work for.

working hours unpredictable. staff members are friendly. dealing with people from different societies. Meeting different people. Target is the most challenging

Pros: promotion is based on perfomance
Cons: 12 hour daily or 9 hours depending on staff complement
