Brilliant telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

I have been working for The Citizen Newspaper since 2011 , I was nervous as it was my first time to interact with a lot of people. As soon as I was at ease I enjoyed every moment in this environment as I gained brilliant interpersonal skills, telephone skills and computer skills. In my daily routine bases I meet different clients some are kind while others are harsh but that does not affect my day as I have gained experience on how to handle such clients.

Best Debtors Clerk at the Company

Here the typical day is month end, u have to make sure all the figures are correct. And the relationship is not well cause of rasist at this company.

Best Debtors Clerk at the Company

What i like about my job is to solve customers quiery, especially the angry ones. And i make sure all of my client gets good service as they will report me to my manager and i will loose trust in my boss.

Pros: This company it will make you meet lots of Celebrities as they visits here for business
Cons: i work normanl hours, Monday to friday,no over time

Willing to work hard to meet the Company's goals

It interesting and also a challenge as I converse and interact with a lot of people with different characters. Am an easily approachable individual who is always keen to help and have also brilliant interpersonal skills
