Good entry level

My day to day operations revolve around assisting everyone who walks in the doors of the facility. I have worked with people of diverse culture face to face and telephonically. This platform has given me the opportunity to learn and gain experience. I have been exposed to co - workers who were greedy and those who respected their work. The working environment is standard not many offices but plenty training rooms which I had to coordinate daily. I enjoy engaging with the ladies who are beneficiaries and coaches and mentors who are part of the progress of the individuals partaking in the programme. I have learned how to multi task, communication with others. Grow in my own skills. The challenges I have faced include, intimidation from a co worker, too much work load and no assistance, preparation of training rooms with a shortage of resources. Communication barriers amongst co workers

Good entry level

I have worked with people of diverse culture and age. My day to dsy opreations at work include, answering incoming calls, monitoring registers, coordinating training rooms, welcoming visitors, beneficiaries. I good relationships with my co workers
