Busy on helping out security issues, network issues and penetration tests - Assisting in handling all their help desk calls as they currently have no one employed for the position.

Pros: Cant think of any
Cons: Really long hours and multi tasking 3 positions

I have reached my potential at my current company and i am looking for bigger challenges

My day consists of all different jobs, it is always different. I am an all rounder and want to learn more. I enjoy working with people but also can work on my own. I help the lower technicians when needed. I mostly enjoy network engineering but want to work more on server administration although i need to learn more. I dont get sent on significant enough courses and there is not somebody always available to assist when i work on something new so i need to do research on my own and learn by myself

Pros: Looking to increase my knowledge on IT and be proud of my accomplishments
Cons: Not enough reward for the work
