Working at The Construction Co. moulded me tto what I am today.

Typical working day starts at 7am or before 7am, attend to the site agents fuel requests and office guys fuel requests as and when required. Then normal adhoc duties in all department as and when required. My co-workers and I have a very good relationship we joke around sometimes but when it comes to our work, we work well together to get the job done on or before schedule. The saying that we all go by and what will stay with me is do tomorrow's work today and next weeks work tomorrow to make sure that you always 1 step ahead in completing all tasks. I mostly enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the office and work wise it's mainly the procurement side dealing with the vehicle's services booking etc. Each task I'd say has its own difficulties and I tend to learn fast so initially wrapping my brain around the concept of a new task is a bit challenging but oonce I've got it it stays with me.

Early morning meetings to plan day and week A great team to work with, everyone gels well I have learned to better manage myself and improve my skills
