Excellent learning curve
My job is a part time job, which I work on weekends depending on a campaign given at a located store for max hours of 5-6hours a day. I interact a lot with my Co workers, and very friendly seen that the biggest trait a BA should have is being social. I also interact well with my customers because at the end of the day I have to reach my target. I have learnt that sales can be difficult to run if you're not active and social which I believe are important traits a BA should have, I've also learnt that research is important when you need to sell, it prevents you from overselling and end up not getting customers for the day. I enjoy meeting new people and networking with them, I enjoy up skilling myself by watching tutorials online. I enjoy researching about a product which will make me knowledgeable about the product The challenging aspect is not being able to reach the target for the day, because the company policy states no sales no pay, so I always have to strive to push my work and exceed.
Pros: great opportunity for promotions
Cons: 6 hours

I have learned a lot in this company - good and bad
I have learned a lot in this company - good and bad Start working here, was n new chapter in my life and I loved it. I am a very happy person and are always seeing the better of a situation, but that changed. You as employee does not mean a lot to them. As long as you do your job they are happy. They like to give you a workload that not only one person can do. You need to be more. Things I learned: Yes, I learned so many (workwise) and I will gain from it in the future, but also learned how not to be or to treat people.
Pros: I can provide for my child
Cons: In my 15 Years of working, I have never stressed so much in my life for the salary I am earning...

I learned a lot about how to approach a customer
A typical workday would be getting to your location, where you will sell your product and convince people about what's good about your product. We worked alone in one store or avenue.I have learnt a lot in my journey, like how to approach customers and how to convince them to buy the product.I did enjoy working with other people in the store because they helped me with my product too.The only challenging aspect is when my product is compared to a competitor or if there has been complaints.
Pros: Good working hours
Cons: No Commission

I am a hard worker willing to take any challenge.and a fast learner. I go along very easy with team work with the co-workers and as much as it is not easy working with customers I can handle it just fine.by understanding a customer because everyday and every customer have different personalities and behaviour. Thats why I have learnt to help them with respect and understand their different personalities.
Pros: promotions or bonus e.g rewards
Cons: overtime work on weekends

Good learning curve
working at TCC has its ups and downs, its a very cutthroat environment requires someone who can stand her ground as well as be able to work under pressure and hard working conditions as well as long working hours. i have learned how to work under pressure, time management and working with different people on a daily basis. The most challenging aspects of this job is that we mainly deal with promoters and they can be very difficult people to work with, at times we need to get hold of them telephonic ally to complete quality checks for the brand and product they will be promoting and that proves to be difficult because they sometimes haven't been properly trained, or they just don't want to cooperate which most of the times makes us sit in the office past knock off time trying to find these people before they can go to work, language is also a problem because most of these promoters dont speak proper english so its sometimes hard to check if they have been properly trained
Pros: none
Cons: long working hours
