Sometung new learning curbe

Got to be introduced to telesales and learned a lot, I now have problem solving skills as I had to deal with it on daily basis from clients. Work environment great space to be in with supportive colleagues whom one can rely on when needed. I see no room for growth though as our managers are people who care less about the growth of their employees and more for the company's profit.

Cons: No room for improvement

Lack of teamwork

Staff are unappreciated, I have been over loaded with tasks with no appreciation or compensation, staff are asked to work holidays and long hours and even weekends, staff not happy to go the extra mile

Pros: Great potential, hardworking staff
Cons: Long hours no compensation
