Great environment

A day includes 4 to 5 delivery stops at the different branches in Gauteng and submission of necessary papers to the warehouse manager. During times that our stock is delivered my role also includes offloading, counting the stock according to the invoice, taking the secondary invoice to the administrators for the processing of the paperwork, allocation of stock to the shops and the storeroom, then pack it into its necessary bins and then pack the stock for preparation of the deliveries to the shops. It's an excellent working environment and I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers and i enjoy that I work for 5 days a week unless requested by the manager to work over time. The most challenging aspect of the job is maintaining work life balance over peak times, working under pressure to realise company goals.

Entry level learning curve

My typical work day is mostly quiet during the week mostly dealing with customer quiries and repairs. My work relationship with my co-workers is mostly good is just sometimes you have to do most of the manager's work while he takes credit for the work done and never give credit where its due.What I enjoy most about this job is no one day is the same as the other.The most challenging aspect of the job is that there is no clear channel of communication between the employees,manager and regional managers which makes it sometimes difficult to deliver satisfactory customer service.
