It's a it's We work a three way shift which is morning, afternoon and night audit. So I worked the two shifts because I do reservations when I'm on duty

Excellent learning curve

My typical day starts with checking previous night's occupancy, and the revenue. -I enjoy teamwork most of the time, interactive with my colleagues . -For the past 5 years at Gallagher hotel I have mastered the principles of yield management. -I enjoy a busy working day and the most challenging aspect of my job is following up payments from bad debtors.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: unreliable salary dates
