Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and I am flexible and always eager to learn.
After 10 years with my conpany I learnt a great deal of customer service as the company provide continuous training to improve knowlege and skills. In my line of work we deal with different personalities on a day to day basis, which is challeging at times but it provides so much knowledge and experience. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy making clients happy. I work with a wonderful team and i constantly motivate them to be the best at everything. I share important infomation with discretion. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with angry customers but I always manage to keep my clients happy in the end. I love my job, but in my current company there is no growth behond store management.

Daily duties
In the morning I start with administration for the day before. Making sure everything has been filed properly and signed. Then read the emails from a day before to ensure that everything has been done. I then continue to do a floor walk with my team to see if all visual standards are adhered to. I work well with my team and I can also work independently. During the day we focus on customer service. We also received stock boxes which we have to unpack, check if all is in order, receipt the stock on the system, price and merchandise it accordingly.

Excellent learning curve, and growth and exposure to different aspects of the retail environment.
The salaries paid to employees are really little you will hardly survive. Long working hours for little pay. Unfair management and unhappy staff. Toxic environment.

Gained Experience
I have gained experience in general, training, HR administration and project management in the past two years. In the current company I work in I have expanded my knowledge in skills development. I love challenges and always willing to learn.

Its a good company to work for but there is no growth.
I started working at TFG in mid-may 2016,the experience has been great besides working for long hours mon-sunday.The salary was reasonable at the beginning but now that i registered to study part-time it's not enough and i don't get enough time to study as i'm always at work.
Pros: Long hours
Cons: Meeting new people,working in a friendly environment.

Excellent learning curve
In my occupation as a controller at The House Of Busby, it is always new bookings everyday which in turn over the past few months and a year, has taught me a lot i never knew about purchase orders and gained quite a great experience from them. My relationship worth the co-workers is quite bad due to the fact that there is no team playing and a lot of segregation from the line. The one factor that drives me to seek for greener pastures is the fact that they never recognise your efforts and expertise. What i enjoy most is having to deal with the clearing agents directly. I feel like i am now doing what i have always been doing because of the previous experience i have in the industry. The most challenging aspects of my job is the approval of bookings which go through many 3PLs. That's confusing when you have to follow up on the final approval of the goods that need to be expedited.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn supply chain if you are new in the industry

I Have become a leader - thank you!
I have become a leader at the House of Busby and have loved every minute. I am caple of developing strong relationships with both our internal and external customers. And I strive do drive a culture of partnership with our service providers.
Pros: Complex business model that keeps you at stretch and demands performance improvement daily
Cons: I have not really had any bad experience other than a recent instability with regard to top leadership. I wish the new management well and am confident they will take the organisation to the next level
