Experience gained

It was good to have been a frontline administrator because I gained experience. However there was no room for growth in my career. It was undoubtedly a good experience to have worked closely with management, staff and customers.

Pros: I learnt a lot about customer service and satisfaction
Cons: No room for personal career growth

Bad

Its fine working for them . You just di t have a life of ur own . Employees are fun ti work around. Management isn't so good a.the good thing of working at the company is i got to meet different kinds of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Pros: Get to meet people
Cons: Long hours for little money

Its a learning curve for me i learn more by the ice rink each and every day i work.

My experience with my work colleagues its on an average we work like a team. I enjoy working at the rink but unfortunately i need to get a job that would be able to better my life.

Pros: Its great when u are starting to enter the adult world
Cons: The hours are weekends and very long

Learning Curve
