Something new to add to my line of experince

Given that we are in Developmental Micro-financing its quite trying times for the organisation also coming out of Business Rescue. I came from a health background working in communities providing health awareness, having to move into Micro-financing was quite a big change and a different learning experience. Coming from a compassionate industry into a vigorous industry which was a test to my abilities and adaptation to change. Working with people has always been my strongest point which is what I enjoy most within this job. Being able to have clients that leave happy with your service and satisfied with their queries. Having to manage people that look up to you and being able to instill something in others to improve their way of work and professionalism. The challenges within this type of work would be meeting set targets in an economy that is very shaky and uncertain.

Change in leadership required

Working for my current employer has been an interesting and somewhat taxing experience. A typical workday consists of basic business reporting, to carrying out IT Manager functions. I have formed many close relationships with my co-workers, while getting the job done. Due to the NGO/NPO industry relying heavily on international funding, and at the same time international funders becoming hesitant to invest in the South African economic climate, has resulted in many co-workers being retrenched, and my current employer spending the past 4 months under 'Business Rescue'. I am however grateful for the opportunity offered to me over the last 2 years.

Pros: Informal office environment
Cons: Poor leadership on offer from Senior management

Excellent

I am a Team worker, Work under pressure. I like to learn new this,I like to challenge my self by try new things/work. I worked well with my colleague. I like to work by excel.

Pros: Call Centre agent,Customer service, Admin,Helping finance
