Being punctual and reporting for duty on time. Always go the extra mile to ensure all deadlines are met. Driven, motivated and innovative. I will always be the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. I have a fantastic working relationship with my colleagues and love working in a team to achieve the desired goal. I have lesrt warnt to work under immense preasure, compile reports, recommendations anf serve documents on time. I have learned to successfully argue and represent clients at the CCMA for cociliations and Arbitrations . I enjoy achieving my targets set and the achieving the desires outcome for disciplianry cases. Most challenging aspects would be not having support or being micro managed when

Too far, too little money.

Arrive at 8. Switch on laptop, for emails/updates. Check if any missed calls. Greet MD and consultant. Search for companies/businesses around Gauteng on google. Cold call them and ask if they would be interested in services. Do follow ups on previously called potential clients. Send quotations to potential clients via outlook. Fill excel spreadsheet with the potential clients' details. Have a 20-30 min lunch break. If recieved calls throughout day, direct them to the correct person. Carry on cold callling Knock off at 5.

Pros: Get some experience
Cons: Not what I studied for, salary is way too small, its quite far so I am always a few mins late, company is very small and that frustrates me because im social person and customers are not buying into the servive I am cold calling for.
