A learning curve indeed
the environment i work in is almost forever hectic as we are manufacturing, using raw materials to create,so we are frever too busy, with no time to play around.time for chatting is in most cases limited due to this but relationships are made despite this.i have learned a lot from working under pressure to getting to work and know different kinds of people and how to deal with each.the most enjoyable part of my job is that i get to rest every weekend and i enjoy the fact that i grow through internal courses i receive and the work itself. the challenges that i endure is of the pressure that comes with deadlines and of the machinery breakdowns and the management who expects much more from me whereas their part is not done effectivel(its more like "you are on your own")
Pros: incentives that comes with good work
Cons: struggling by ourselves with getting things right

Good and transparent information supply to the relevant people and skills development ascertained
Oriented and always willing to help where possible. Mentoring and interact with the fellows and give them a chance to share their ideas and make them feel important cog in the bussiness wheel. Enjoy to work as individual and also as a team. Flexible and alway ready for a change. Free to ask where I'm clueless or nor sure. Uncomfortable with the people who interfere and meddle in other people's bussiness unnecessarily while carrying out their duties. Unable to comprehend with the poor support/buy-in(either in resources or information) from the senior management to the people who are performing the duty.
Pros: A very good company to work for even to grow within
Cons: Realise late that I was ushing staff too hard to exceed expectations

How it is to work with my current company.
My typical day starts at 8am that’s when I am usually at my first call. I meet with various store managers to chase for orders and opportunities that I see to achieve my target. I work well around people and have a good reputation with my colleagues. I have learnt to be honest and work under pressure. Seeing new places and meeting new faces. Getting from store to store trying to beat the traffic.
Pros: Working for a well established company
Cons: Being away from my family for long periods of time

Understanding the other side of FMCG
Since starting at Lion Match Company I have learned so much about the manufacturing side of FMCG. Coming from a demand planning position at a major retailer my understanding of logistics has broaden and has helped me to become a better specialist..
Pros: Huge learning curve
Cons: Lack of synergies between departments
