I had a great experience at the magic company. I was even promoted as a suppervisor i had a great time with my colleague i respected them and liked solvibg their problems . I even got a certificate of understanding the company value systems

I'm a technical service technician
I'm a technical service technician who works with arcade video game and other machines used for leisure purposes in daily basis, I also have an excellent working relationship with my managers and my coworkers. I've learned to deal with customers of different calibre, magic company tought me alot about the technical supports and systems, having to interact with various population of customers give me the best days of my working days in magic company

Learning experience
I always had a great day working with my previous company cause I learnt alot everyday and had a chance to meet new people. I'm a good team worker, always had a good understanding with my co-worker. I have learnt team building, customer service and great communication skills. I mostly enjoy assisting customers. The most challenging aspect is when it's very busy and customers get impatient.

LEARNING CURVE PROVIDED
TYPICAL WORK PLACE, HEAVY STRESS, LOW PAY, NASTY MANAGERS, SELFISH COMPANY, CO WORKERS ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH, LEARNT ALOT ABOUT LOGISTICS HERE, GETTING ALL DONE IN ONE DAY IS CHALLENGING AS WE SOMETIMES NEED TO WORK ON DEADLINES

A great work environment
It was a great opportunity to learn about the work place. I learned how to work under pressure on busy days, how to have patience when dealing with customer complaints and queries. I also learned the work ethics and taking orders from the boss. The company was a small one and my duties were 1. Assist customers in the machines with coin and ticket jam 2. Refund customes if there was a fault with the magin 3. Put a new batch of tickets if they were finished 4. Book customers in a bowling alley 5. Count and pack the stock at the price shop 6. Report the broken machines to the technician I enjoyed my job since I am a people's person.

Fun industry, kids entertainment, customer service
It's it a great place to work on. If you enjoy being around kids, angd vivey noise place. Long working hours though. Too packed, very busy when it school holidays. Having day and night shifts.

Willing to learn.
Good accounting skills,deadline driven accurate,good communication skills,assertive and good self esteem. Good computer skills, be able to implement control and system. Good team player and be able to motivate people.

I learned lots of things
I learned how to speak with customers and take care of them at the same time and how to operate a big switched bored and to solve lots of mistake and how to communicate with others and customers and greet visitors and well come them.
