Excellent learning curve.

Manage staff and day to day admin. Smooth running of the resort. I have a good working relationship with staff and colleagues. I enjoy working with different cultures and understanding their needs

Excellent working experience.

It is good to work at my company because you get more experience since you get to work in all the departments. For the past 3 years working for my current employer I have learnt a lot. I have a healthy relationship with my subordinate and colleagues. I have enjoyed meeting different customers and leaning the different cultures as well. the most challenging aspect of management job is to make every one happy but at the end you have to take good business decision.
