Challenging but excellent learning curve. It build my character and knowledge.

Working as an administrative team leader requires a strong relationship especially within in the sales environment. I am required to deliver responses to clients , regional managers as well as the ground agents. It is also required of me to solve issues and manage my back office admin team making sure that they are doing their jobs efficiently. I have had an excellent relationship with my team and colleagues and especially my boss. What i enjoyed the most is how well our team works together and how involved my boss/director of the company is. The most challenging aspects of my job was the high volume of clients that all required attention at the same time. It has definitely taught me how to handle queries meticulously and speedily and most importantly how to remain calm and focused in order to provide efficient feedback and running the back office admin team smoothly.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth
Cons: Long working hours and far travelling.

Please consider taking me, I believe I would be a great asset to your company. I have +10 years working experience .. I always make sure I give 100 percent in my work, I'm a very hard working lady, a fast learner, I'm easy to get along with, I'm very punctual, and I take a lot of responsibility in my job, I also take initiative in helping the company to save money.

Cons: 9-5 working hours, monday-friday..... overtime if needed
