Great Skill Improvement

With great colleagues, the work experience has become rather exciting. It has created a learning environment as well as a competitive drive in each employee to strive for better within themselves as well as in the company. What has become challenging is the rather robotic workflow that does take a toll on the workforce of the employees where it became tedious and tiring. Management was rather consumed with increasing the amount of work and not taking any feedback from the employees doing the work. It came to a point where the workload would become more and more complex rather than making processes and protocols more convenient. With this being said what I enjoyed most was the commitment we all had to better ourselves and grow with the company as it was a start-up.

A typical working day, I cannot see what I am writing here because think it must be wrong with the site. Typcal work er day. Check online porta for student enqrieschecking that notes and teste timetabekare loaded. My relationshipis good with evrryone my colleagues and manahgres . I have learnt about relating the students, have learntpatient. I enjoy most the interaction with students . Mst challenging job students who dont adhere to work an dlate submissions

Interesting experience

I am working i an education sector, so everyday i have to conduct research to try and keep up on the current eduTech trends, manage my staff and ensure that they complete daily deliverables. Work has pros and cons, most important think is to ensure that there us conflict resolution, build a healthy relations. So, I have learned on how to adjust myself in a start-up company. I have enjoyed working with my staff, operations management and students. The most challenging expect was to always find ways to keep up with the current trends, making sure we remain relevant to our market.

Pros: Relevant education system, more chances of growth
Cons: Unsustainable company with no structure
