Being stuck in the same position the entire time

No growth opportunities No one has been promoted in the department the entire time I was there. The staff turn over is a cause for concern. The logistics management does nothing to improve staff moral. The increment structures are a joke in the diff departments

Great learning curve, no room for growth

International company with many watch brands. No room for growth.No culture. It’s the same thing every day, no challenge. The only way to grow is to leave the company. Covid-19 hit the company very hard.

Excellent in sales, admin and being a team leader

I'm a people's person, worked very professional with my co workers. Managed after sales and was a trainer in that department including sales as one of my strengths. I'm very punctual, take pride in my job and I'm one person who prefers working in a team as I believe a team work is best. I am keen to learn, open for new challenges.

Pros: growth, new opportunities,
Cons: long working hours, shortage of staff
