Running the store.

Running the store. Giving out instructions and targets. Sorting out any problemes regarding stock or staff. Dealling with cust.complains and sorting them out asap. Giving feedback regarding stock and turnover. Doing action plans for stocklosses and turnover. Checking hourly on turnover.Ordering of stock from auther branches. Doing Admin checks and stock counts. Trainning staff.

Pros: Learning something new every day.Better yourself every day.
Cons: Getting insentives when doing good.

Admin

Admin and trainning of staff. Over looking the Point Of Service. And to check that the cashiers give 100 % cust. service. Keep Filling up to date 100% daily. Consulidate of stock counts and giving feedback on it.
