Multidimentional Abilities

Time spent working at The Villas hotel has empowered me to adjust to any type of situation. A typical workday is a non existing phrase, as no one ever fell into a routine. I tend to drive my subordinates to be the best they can be, over an above their current positions. In other words enhancing everyone's ability to go the proverbial "extra mile", and have a satisfying and productive day. This goes for myself as well. I have come to learn that a simple smile, friendliness and genuine concern goes a long way and is technically a global winner in handling clients concerns and possible complaints. The most enjoyed aspect of my career has to be working with people, the complexity (whether known or unknown to a individual) of a person and tapping into that energy in order to make a guests stay unforgettable. Challenges? Well, in my opinion, whenever they are conquered, it cannot be called a challenge anymore.

Position of : Debtors and Creditors Manager For the past 09 years, I have been employed in a busy role of a debtors and creditors manager. I am flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities at a time. As a driven individual who want to progress. I have learnt a great deal in the Hospitality Industry and Finance. I am highly committed, a self-starter and open to any situation. Being a fast learner who is dependable and organised and can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
