Extensive knowledge in truck driving

Experienced and careful transportation driver with excellent driving and consumer service record. High scheduling flexibility including evenings weekends and most holidays. mindful of and knowledgeable operation , the relationship with co-workers is amazing i feel like i am at home , i have learned that team work makes the job easier and dispute in a work place is not good. well i enjoy complements from my boss / supervisor after a good job has been done and working with good co-operative colleagues . the challenges could arise when some of our colleagues are being co-operative and situations where our superiors are exploiting us and discriminating us in the work place.

Pros: I strive to be a good asset for the Company, in accordance with my Job.

i have worked propal with all people and it waz good to work as a group cause i was expriencing lot of things to different candidate we were working well with my boss my superior it gaves me a big oppotunity to see how important is to be carefull at work and look after my job at all the time when am on duty

Good challenging job

At the waste group, we work 8 hours a day , but I don't think we are being paid enough for our job.we work 8 hours in the sun.we don't have shelter, water, and restrooms.what I enjoy most is we work as a team, and I handle stress very well,

Hard worker

Currently production manager, looking over divisions to make sure all logistics is in place. confirmations correctly done Manage our production reports up to standard and in order for top management Also busy with new operations system to be automated Was senior Fleet controller for 5 years, planning, manage 75 employees Division manager were all task was handle was doing ISO 9000 and 14000

Pros: Always want to crow in company
Cons: Was working long hours, but will do if needed

Excellent learning curve

It is great working at the waste group because they give you job opportunities ,like you are multi tasking ,You are not sticking stricly to your job title.One thing I do not like about the waste group is that they are racist ,we blacks they treat us as such ,and also they do not offer us any increase .Its been four years and I am working for the same amount .

Good starting point

No room for growth family owned business narrow minded and misled good intentions but no delivery thy focus on promoting the company more than thy do on actual recycling no community activity or awareness programs

Cons: No overtime always fighting for your correct salary

Daily growing

i have good communication with both my colleagues and my regional manager,they are pictures which i take everyday on the street since we are waste management so we have people cleaning the street

Pros: hard working always has good out comes.
Cons: would be working extensively under severe pressure.
