Great interactive experience.

A good work environment with friendly management and coworkers. 8 working hours a day weekdays only. A typical workday involves lesson preparation, lesson delivery and a staff meeting. Learnt how to plan and file daily tasks as well as how to effectively communicate with clients. Challenges to note are the heavy workload and continuous pressure to deliver quality service. Enjoyed the friendly attitude from the management as well as team building outings with other staff members. Learnt how to effectively communicate with both staff and clients as well as the rewarding effects of good service delivery.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning.
Cons: Heavier workloads

I have an excellent relationship with my employer and i work well with my co employees

ddI do not enjoy much of the work as is most self centred and inexperienced people holding senior positions in the company. is more of a family business and it does not follow the correct procedures and the policy.

Good working with people

I Fikile Nomfanelo Khumalo been working at Thekwini City College for about five years now,I have learnt a lot , struggling a lot there but my patience one day is going to pay me.i am very hard working person, teamworker,friendly and I do my job excellent I am dedicated to what I am doing and I have love for what I am doing working with many different people. Thank You
