All about my proffessional life.
As an intern i have worked with different kinds of people who need to be respected even when they disrespect you.I have learnt to be proffessional and treat everyone equally even when it's my family or friend.It gets challenging at times as people came with different frustrations and take them out on me,however i still need to be calm and be at my best to give the best service i can and protect the image of my work place. I have improved my communication and computer skills which is what i value the most about my job,i work with a great team who are always willing to assist me when i need assistant.It gets better because it's more or less like varsity because no one is on your back which teaches a person responsibility and accountability.

My proffessional life
A normal day in my work place is the quietest of them all,11am i am done with all my work,Now i then find new skills to learn or improve myself. The most challenging part of the work i do is dealing with patients as some of them came in angry and aggressive and as a public servent i have to calm not only myself down but also the patient. explaining hospital rules is the easiest part however making the patient understand the rules is difficult.I finish work at around 11am however i get home tired because of the different characters and attitudes i received. It's very tiring and enjoyable because i sit at home and think back to my day,then look forward to the next day because i know everyday i live work with something new or rather a new skill.

Good listener
I clock in at 07:30 to 16:00, I work hard to cover all my work for the day. I'm working with polite people and good managers, we have nice communication to support each other. we participating in different activities to make sure that we are living in workplace as a family, friends and good performers Teamwork is a better skill to face some challenges We making sure that the patients are receiving quality care, and doctors and nurses are working within budget It challenging to work under the health department, because you are the one who is controlling the life of the patients, As finance department is operating the asset of the hospital and revenue within the hospital. we must make sure that the purchase orders are created, so that the patients will get a good service with food, medicine and machines are needed

Working as admin clerk
I Sive kopolo working at mogoerane hospital as admin clerk but intern,i like my job becouse i got a lot of experience working with different kind of people where will tell about respect and how to deal with patients and how to share your stress when you stressfull
Pros: it is nice becouse its like we are family
Cons: yes we fight but it ends same time

Receive and distribute documntation
-a day to day secretarial duties: answering telephone and transfer to the relevant department -paging doctors for emergency my relationship with my staff is very excellent , when i make mistake they tell me , we always enjoy working together. -i have learnt that when your at work you have to respect others -treat people with a good manner -communicating with others what i am enjoying most is to -participate with others most challenging aspects: -dealing with outside people -doctors that are not doing their job

my duties is to register patients using His answering phone call and filling and scanning patients documents ,i like my job becouse i am gaining experience working with variety of peopple where some other patinets shout and still i have to be calm and make him or her to calm and talk smoothly so that we can understand one onather,in my working area i work with different types of peopple some are like parents to me i learn everything but we work as a team we respect one onother but the most i enjoy to work with them they make every one feel at home
Pros: All i can say is punctuality is my priority ,honest and fast leaner
Cons: I know how to handle angry patient and give all my attention to him or her

Excellent learning
My duties Capturing of leave,Pmds on peral system Source and selection drafting advert,shorting and conducting interviews drifting appointment latter's Doing grading Termination Resignation Retirement Retirement due to sleekness combine all relevant document to be sent to GDpF Allowance night dueties,day shift,overtime and Sundays Pay roll for both 15th and 30 the I've learn a lot enjoyed solving problems especially with the saryies if a doctor didn't get paid session claim and he submitted check on doc track fix the problems and send again I had a good relationship within them that why am not scared as they are my reference course if the is a post and apply am shore they will short list me becourse of my hard work and dedication
