Idealistic and goal orientated

* I have a strong relationship with my co-workers and we treat each other with respect and we love one another as a family. * All my working days are normal since I prepare myself at home for the work am going to do the following day. * There is so much that i've learnt but most of it all is to communicate, seeing things through complition, taking control of any situation, time-management, find solutions to a problem, discipline, honesty and confidentiality. * One of the things that is challenging is dealing with users that dont comply to instructions and delay my working progress.

I love working with people.

Being an administrator has thiught me many things especially with assisting patients because it may look easier outside the glass but being in the you get to see how really the things like filling and retrieving and bookings of patients really works and how silly mistakes can cost you a lot of time and and making things go south very fast, for example miss placing of files or writing a wrong number and giving a patient or Writing unclear. Best things is that we all understand this mistake and are able to assist each othefast. I enjoy the time given in the department.st

Great learning environment

It's very challenging to work here and have to be very ambitious and flexible, working under pressure with little or no working equipments, staff shortage, underpayment, but we work as a team for the benefit of patients and strive to be the best.. I enjoy midwifery and psychiatry most but I can adapt to any environment easy.

Pros: Great environment for learning especially students and intern students
Cons: Working under pressure long hours but under paid

Working with petiants it was the best thing , because I was help to be a better commicate .

I was an admin clerk at themba hospital ,the environment it was perfect and safe for me to work on.also employees w were friendly help each other more than we can try to meet up with the day work .most I enjoy the leadership th the leadership team has towards every ln admin clerk at

Great working Experience

As helpdesk technician we get to as experience a lot of problem about the company system with end users but the people here are great to work with and are also keep us busy with our job that we enjoy work with people showing them how to solve small problems
