I have learned a lot since as I was Child-Minder and I did something that I was not trained for

My typical work day most of the time is good work well with my colleagues and the communication is good as well and get along with anyone as the practice where I work they offer Physio. Occupationl and Speech therapies and Biokinetics and I get to meet people with different diagnosis and disabilities. I got to learn more about different types of diagnosis and disabilities and some exercises for the patients as the each have to be given different exercises according to their disabilities or diagnosis. We become friends with clients and some as they are being brought with their carers we also communicate and become friends it's like we become a family. I enjoy talking to people and just having fun and laughing as I lover laughing. The difficult aspect about this job is that some clients can be difficult and some even become rude but as a person that I am I just try to let it slide and ignore unless it becomes too much then inform my superior's

Pros: I got to meet different people/clients with different caracters and personalities
Cons: Meeting difficult people/clients who don't seem to understand

There is no growth

I work well with my colleagues and we enjoy each others company. I get to the office switch on the switchboard clean the reception area and the tea station and make sure all the cups and teas a all set for the day. I have learned more about patients and their behaviour and their families and well as their disabilities. I have learned to be more patient yes I'm patient but learned to be more patient and be more kinder and to appreciate more about being able because being disable its difficult especially if you were once abled. The difficult/ challenging part about my job is meeting difficult people who don't understand and people with bad telephone manners. Racism with some people is still visible and of which we are a multi-racial nation but people are still living in the past.

Cons: No opportunity of growth
