Great Opportunity afforded to learn

Excellent learning curve.

Shift work 13:30 to 21:30 risky area for a female employee. We are processing orders for USA customers and the time difference needs to be matched. Customer service department moved to South Africa in 2018 and everyone is still needs training. Great learning experience since it is an engineering company.

Learning Curve

There a lot of opportunities to learn and grow however there is no support that grow you careers to the next level, there is a lots of politics that are going through the company. Therefore you need to partner with the strongest team in order to move to the higher position. Which I personally feel like it is so wrong to team with certain group of people especially in the corporate environment where we have to be professional at all the time and treat everyone equally.
