Good learning curve in Power line construction

Supervision is key especially on tools box talk, environment health and safety compliance monitoring. Enjoyed to be team player, problem resolution, good presentation on environmental health and safely topics. Good communication and good interpersonal amongst workers is key for good result. To wprk More than expected target is challenging.

Excellent

Working at Thero services has been a life time achievement and i was froomed to work with different teams. I have all the relevant qualifications and experience for the position. I have been in the powerline projects for more than a year as an Environmental officer. The skills and experience gathered out of this position help me to deliver to the fullest of my abilities. I have been a team player with ambitious and good decision making. I was spending most of my time on site which help me to network with co-workers and different stakeholders. I have learned how to be professional and to manage projects. I enjoy working with a team of different profession, The most challenging aspects were to spend more time on the road.

Cons: Travelling everyday
