Owning my job

Having worked at this for 7 years, with the same group of ladies. We have grown to be as close to family as non family can be. Working in conjunction with each other the company was managed as smoothly as any massive corporation. I prided myself on our customer services Our typical work day always began with hugs and laughs we ate while we worked And gave all our energy to the work at hand, tasks were always completed on time as we worked as a team The job of stock controller in itself is a challenging. Testing my cognitive/ accuracy and self control abilities to its maximum. The company closing down has been a devastating blow to myself as well as my colleagues. Me continuing to work here all alone and doing what all 6 of us used strange. However I look at it as another challenge with which to excel in. However this will not be a stable work environment, as it depends on the whim of foreign investors.

Strong Leadership

I enjoy most Managing my Sales Team across South Africa as well as the traveling involved to the different Provinces. I get along with most people and have strong negotiation skills both in a Corporate environment as well as an informal market.

Pros: Traveling and working with many different kinds of cultures
Cons: Little room for growth
