Is to make sure all the sow are in a good condition and inject the the sick one and also put desperately to their pen mate and check the water neeples and feeders and in weaners to growers , finisher doing the same things and my relationship with workers is very good because I will teach them the various methods of working with animals such as how to see the sick sows and piglets each and every day . I learn alot when l am working with pe the same other people cant do the work without pushing them and stand in front people can'ies without the mager because they are
