Room for growth.

It is great working in the company, as it is still growing and gonna get to higher heights in the IT industry. My relationship with everyone in the company is good, work together as a team and make sure we find what is best for the company. I have learnt a lot; some things are that "we work together and no one bigger than the other" and some people tend to misunderstand that, also learnt were the IT industry is going. What i enjoy is what i do in IT, as long i do something in IT it is a yes yes for me. Some challenging aspects are coming across different kinds of people with different behaviors and you have to adjust to dealing with different situations. Lastly getting customers to buying products and convincing them.

Pros: The is room for growth.
Cons: Not stable job.

Learning curve

A desktop support and system maintenance with a drive for designing Websites and aim to become a future software developer my aim at a lover of all things related to I.T. be it networking , Cyber security, A+ web design and all related activities

The learning never stops

I work remotely and sometimes at the office, My relationship with my coworkers is good I might say we are a small team and complement each other. Working as a team and also leading the team in most cases has made a strong and brave taking responsibility for every decision i make has made me more diligent in all my actions. I enjoy studying and learning to teach that's my passion is networking and security. My challenge is being an OPS manager im more of an engineer than managing.
