Excellent learning , excellent customer service

I gave my 110% to my company .I am very good at my job and I believe that I was a key person in my team I gave good feedback and suggestions I am a good teacher , I have thought people how to do estimates and I have thought them key concepts in the shipping environment My working experience has enabled me to become more confident as it involves me to speak to converse with people of different backgrounds.Through this I have learned the value of customer service.

Cons: Over loading of work , under appreciation, no growth , no water

this is a great company for desperate who need a job now now or if you still trying to gain experience, but it is not a place for candidate to be comfortable in. it is not challenging enough

Being the best Shop Window

Being the shop window of this company is the best thing i could do. I get to meet people from different walks of life both national and internationally. I get on well with my senior and all my other colleagues. I have learnt a lot about land, sea and air freight. Everyday is an enjoyable day which does have it ups and downs. Yes i do come across difficult clients, but as the saying goes the customer is always right. So i always practice the HWWT ethos or how we work together as a team to solve any problem we are faced with. The most challenging aspect was when i first begun working here i didn't know most of the ports around the world.

Cons: No stable increase structure or bonus

Great exposure to the Logistics industry.

Great for learning and exposure to the Logistics Great for learning and exposure to the Logistics industry. It is always a busy a hectic day but manageable depending on how fast you are.
