Excellent exposure

I work a 10 hour day and sometimes even on weekends, my coworkers and I have an understanding of reaching our altimate goal of with I remind them daily. I have learned to be disciplined and that production comes with a positive mind set. I enjoy the expire that I can get at work and leading a group of ¹35 people daily is the most challenging task.

Pros: Great bonus and lot of over time
Cons: Promotions not really easy

Excellent exposure

I work a 10 hour and sometimes on weekends. My co workers and I have an understanding of reaching our ultimate goal daily, I have learned to be desciplined and that only a positive mind is productive. I enjoy the exposure most and the ability to can learn as much as I can. Leading a group of over a hundred men is the most challenging.

Excellent exposure

I work a 10 to 11 hour day and I love it. My co- workers understand each other and I remind them daily that it is our mission to reach our daily goal. I have a lot while doing my job but descipline is one of the best things I have learned.

Excellent exposure

I WOR a 10 hour day. My co worker and I ha ve an understanding of making our priority reaching our alyimate daily goal , which is production and I enjoy the exposure and the ability to learn while doing my job. Being a leader to over a hundred men I my biggest challenge but I manage very well.
