Meetings with clients; Building and designing Jigs, Project management, Work and Time Studies

Running meetings everyday with internal customers (production and supply) and weekly external meetings with clients. Run and manage projects to ensure that clients are satisfied. Involved in quality meetings and, training and maintenance. Production process Re-engineering. Work and Time Studies to enhance production and supply.

Pros: Opportunity is set and platform available as management gives chance to learn and grow
Cons: People that do not want to grow or feel like you're dictating their jobs and duties

First off for production,receive stock on incoming and count the arriving stock send to finance.

typically work is always work its good and productive sometimes get challenges from production having to account faulty incoming products and also I had a good relationship with my co-workers.I have learnt lot of things such as common understanding with co-workers and also working towards same vision of the company having to solve problems and working as a team with everyone.I enjoyed mostly the lab testing and also doing stock count on the plant and mostly process and health and safety audits.most challenging prt on the job is to have most scrap on the final product and scraping taking out the undamaged parts of the product also doing scrap count.

Pros: Im a workerholic and commit myself in my job
Cons: works accordingly and flexible working hours

Good day, i have a year experience is production planning in FM-CG industry and almost 2 years in automotive industry. i am currently represent a big OEM for my company.

I was working well with my co-workers,i have learned how to share information.

The company that am currently working in is poor in growth,you are doing the same thing now and then and there is not opportunities for position post if you started as a operator you will never get a position at work and their salary is too small and the job that am currently doing is not related to my qualifications.

Pros: Is when you work hard at work.
Cons: If i work long hours they pay me for that long hours.

The best learning curve - learning in each department. Gaining experience where ever I can

Working at TI has been a learning curve for me. For the passed 9 years that I have been with the Company each day has been a learning curve. Whether it be learning what the production people are doing to actually bending the parts on the floor. I enjoy learning in every department, gives me more knowledge of how the process of TI works. I liaise well with all the employees. They know me for the friendly and out going person I am. Challenges at TI is a every day situation for me. I see it as a part of my work. We all work together to sort out the problems and come to a understanding on what needs to be done in order for it to be sorted out correctly.

Pros: Hard worker and willing to learn in every department. Fast learner
Cons: Overtime
