Exposure to different departments within the business.

I have gained extensive experience in the different departments since I've been employed. Currently I am performing QA and production planning duties. The company has low staff levels due to outsourcing manufacturing, packing and distribution but turnover is close to 100M.

Pros: Good exposure
Cons: Family business with no room for proposed changes to current operations

Tibb working environment

I manage my area independently I work untill my work is done. i dont watch a clock I have built amazing relationships with my clients I am being micromanaged, but as long as my work is done proper and honest i have zero problems. i love sales, loe calling on clients and selling my products

Good relationship with my client and worked normal hour.

Good problove challenges.team work with the anyone's on the field.target driven guy.lem solving skills.very positive on feedback and monthly planning route.

Pros: Work extract mile on weekends when there is issues on the field
Cons: It was a good campany to work for without condition when you suggested anything towards improving your sales.

Learning curve

Always busy with plenty to do, I get along with most of the peaople but as in any situation there are some with whom I dont get along and prefer to ignore them where possible as I dont like people being negative all the time, I have learn to deal with stressfull situation and meet deadlines also to work smarter not neccesary harder I enjoy working with the sales force as they are wonderful and nice people,I have learnt to work on the new version of Repwise The most challenging thing in my job is to keep evryone happy and make sure that at the end of the day all tasks are completed

Cons: Only a contract position
