I have learn a lot but it took lot of adjustment because the treatment was not the concerning personal growth it as good because they will give you a chance of education ad opportunity to grow within the company

A place for the poor

It's a huge corporate company with much to be learned within the Company and out of the company as it is an outsourcing branch/business to clients but care less to their employees with a less source of income to the stuff. And the work hours are almost up normal as it's a 8:00 to 16:00 9 working hours. It's a good place to learn different job and get as much knowledge and experience you could get there.....

Pros: Great opportunity to experience
Cons: Long hours

Data capturing

There no team work, Theres lack of leadership skills ,Unfair treatment ,lack of professionalism ,what I enjoy most is thatThey teach you how to multitask and to work hard, how to handle the overwhelming work. Racism still exist

Pros: Theres no increase for being a team leader
Cons: Yes working from 8:00 to 17:00
