Very good learning curve

Controlling staff. Making sure that we meet sales target. Ensure that expenses are within stipulated budget. I have learnt to deal with various people from various backrounds. To work as a team in order to achieve company's goals. I enjoy most to work under pressure. Most challenging aspect of my job is to solve customer querries communicate with various customers.

Pros: I'm acclamatising myself very quick to the culture of the company and I'm always willing to learn. I'm a quick learner.
Cons: I dedicate myself whole heartedly to the company any time required to work as I'm a very responsible family man.

Meeting sales targets. Controlling expenses against the budget. Managing staff members. Developing staff members. Clean environment at all times. Controlling Petty cash. Good customer service. Solving customer queries. Prepared to work long hours. Prepared to relocate.
