Equipped with a negotiation skills in marketing.
I had a opportunity to be in learning development program to be a manager. I mentored by manager for 1and half year training. I worked with a manager who is dedicated and take no mistake. He wanted do it right first time.

Good relationship
I am very friendly and confident person who can communicate well with good telephone etiquette and who is computer literate. I can communicate well with people from different levels and I can relate with people from different culture. I have the relevant qualification to this Field, Communication Skills, Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Initiative skills, Office etiquette, planning and Organization skills.

Excellent Company .
A typical workday at office is very stressful(All the deadlines to be met ),But good stress .Love to get the job done and on time. I had an excellent working relationship with my Colleagues .They are my Family away from the real family at home. I have learnt to manage people better, My boss will often show me the right way to do things and the wrong of way of doing things.Always appreciate the advice because it has helped me grow as a Leader and have better relationships with my colleagues. I enjoyed the Team Building activities that we would have once a year .Brings you back to Focus on the companies Goals and what needs to be achieved. The most challenging of Job is always discipline although it has to be done ,hate to see people being fired . Always had a growth mindset and if you are green will grow.

Ability to adapt easily
My name is Simphiwe Ngubane and I am currently working at Tiger Brands Field Sales (Smollan) as a Field Manager and also completing my Diploma in International Marketing Management through the IMM Graduate School of Marketing . I have largely held positions in Sales and Marketing, in finance as an accounts administrator; bookkeeper, Sales Representative, Field Manager, Field Sales Execution Manager, and acted as a Regional Manager when my Regional Manager was away. I have in the process acquired skills in Management (management of Merchandisers, Field Marketers, Blitz Manager and Area marketers and Field Managers),bookkeeping, proficiency in pastel-the accounting software, stakeholder management, dealing with customers, interpersonal communication, time management, report writing and presentation skills, achieving targets and managing not only my area but myself in the environment I work in. In 2019, I was awarded Field Manager of the Year in the Inland South

Learning curve
I have enjoyed working with you different people as you learn different cultures while doing you best to achieve the best for the company. It great to have a team that believes in you and are willing to help others we're necessary to succeed. The most challenging task is to manage people who are not in the spirit as others, because I believe once the company given you the opportunity you need to own it and make the company proud of you and receive return s for their investment in you

Salary
Working for the company teach me to be more independent and focus.the only problem is nepotism. They don't promote or give opportunities if the employee don't have any friendship with the trade or line managers.

Given a target in 2 weeks to reach.
In sales there are lot of challenges where that you need to face. Working with people is a great opportunity. In life we learn new things everyday. Fmcg is a good challenging industry. And remember I learnt that stress is a privilege.
