Learning curve

Being here at Tiger Milling Hennenman its overwhelming and the co-workers are very much coporative. a days work can be very challenging at times cause of the production rate. Personally i have learned to be a strong leader and how to be a bettre person in terms of communicating with fellow employees. The production area is very much challenging on how to meet the daily targets and setting up the criteria to achieve them.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about the fast moving companies
Cons: Pressure to produce the required rate on productivity

Great experience in the food industry and ISO 14001 & 45001,excellent relationship with co workers

Great learning experience in the Fmcg industry, opportunity to learn ISO 45001 & 14001, Contractor and Security management and environmental compliance was my daily job, Incharge of Internal and External Audits, responsible for HSE Management meeting( monthly & management review), Good relationship with co-workers and good interpersonal skills,

Pros: Personal development to their employees is priority, and they don't compromise on their vision or four pillars,
