Working under pressure

Hi am simnikiwe makonco i finish my matric in 2017 than i apply for tertiary education in majuba tvet college in kzn i passed my qualification for plant production than i work in resturant bartender 4 month.now am voluteer in community centre helping kids with their homes and serving food

Pros: it was great tim to work in tigers milk i enjoy every second in that company with my collegues,working with different people ,cultures .it was great to meet new people everyday chinese,jewish learning new things every the languages it was best exprience ever in my life .i love to work people like helping even though it was job with many managers everyone want show that he/she senior they want to multitask and i was getting distracted .
Cons: i work more than 10 hours sometimes over time work 15 hours a day its was hard but i managed until my contract end.

Learning experience, challenging but fruitful

Working at Tigers Milk has been a learning experience. Very friendly environment. I enjoyed my time there but due to career growth I have to look at other options

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours
