I am a self-motivated person who can work with little or no supervision.

-Working at Tilt as the receptionist has opened so many doors, i have developed great patient and fully understand the diplomacy and the tact of dealing with the difficult client. - I make sure that all the office requirements and calendar schedules are up to date -I get along very well with my co-workers and i enjoy working with them everyday. -I have learnt to communicate and liaise with customers, attend them and make sure they feel welcome to our business office all the time -I enjoy my job as an administrator, receptionist, operating the switchboard, dealing with client and visitors daily basis makes me enjoy my job most. I often see myself smiling with everybody who comes in either to deliver stuff or phoning requesting something. - I have managed to deal with challenges and i tend to work well under pressure,

Pros: My company is small so opportunities of promotions will be only the increase for your performance and your hardwork
Cons: sometimes when we have a project to be finished, yes we will work long hours and we normally get rewarded for that

Experiences office administrator

I enjoy working in a busy environment, i am very organised and i can cope very well under pressure. All my 3 years of working in a designing company, i have a good relationship with all my colleagues, i have learnt to ask, understand and get know new things like reading and analysing the designer layouts. I do enjoy dealing with clients, setting the meetings, making phone calls requesting samples and ordering stationery. The most challenging aspects is when we have to work over time until late evening if ever there is a presentation to be done and the designers will be facing the challenge of changes regarding layouts.

Pros: My company is small so opportunities of promotions will be only the increase for your performance and your hardwork
Cons: Only when there is a presentation to be done
