Learning curve

Setting up appointments with clients to introduce products to them. And then to confince them to buy in. We are a great team working together like we are family that nnever fight. Things I've learnt were that dont think you will walk in and every farmer will be estatic about the product. The this that I learned and will for ever be close to me is, my technical marketer that didnt had a clue of animal nutrition, and he is currently almost the best block seller. If a farmer receive excellent results and he dont want to give credit to the blocks, and you that the farmers dont even answer my phonecalls.

Pros: Flexi hours
Cons: To much changes in such short time.

Excellent experience gained

In my time at Timac Agro I definitely learned a lot and gained a huge amount of experience I I built up my client base from scratch I learned a lot about customer relations and how to work with farmers I got good experience in doing trials I learned a lot about fertilizer and plant health and also completed my BASOS course

Pros: Great experience gained, great company benefits
Cons: I had to drive a lot and sleep out a lot, Unsupportive head office

A great company to work

A great company to work for. Consists of a small tiA great company to work for. it team for. Consists of a small tight knit team at headoffice. Most of our employees are out in the field (Agriculture field). The culture is different yet interesting as the company is 100% French owned. We do things the European way! The reason I’m in the market is because there is a very strong chance we will be closed down before the end of the year. . at headoffice.
