Great opportunity to have work experience in the field i learned.

Before working we do pre shift handover or briefing meeting for 15minutes and our managers do allocation where we going to work and what is the project for a day. Relationship with co-workers is very strong cause we assist each other in terms of work and even managers are open for anything for all of us. I have learnt that unity make work to be more simple,and I have sharpen my knowledge more in terms of technical field,that in what ever you tickle you must observe first and do fault finding first before tickling the problems work related. I enjoy the environment,the way co-workers assist each other n show each other love,and even managers don't undermine anyone,if you have ideas they give a platform. Most challenging aspects,is dealing with drunk or angry customers...Or working were system malfunction now and then.

Excellent learning curve

Working on the position i have,has given me good communication skills,and the best customer service as I'm working face to face with guests.I'm also able to work well with my colleagues,as team work is the best.the most challenging part of the job is dealing with an angry customer,as u have to stay calm and try to solve the problem.

Excellent learning

I have all the the experience when it comes to hotel industry and taking care of customers and serving customers and excellence service towards them, I'm having good relationship with with them and enjoying my job as a Waiter a typical work of the day I make sure that I do all my job that i have been given them for the day and complete all my tasks of the day and fulfill the needs of the company or the target that needs
