Production planning, inventory review, forecast reviews, contacting suppliers, meet OTD

Run reports . I attend production meeting. I analyse the reports to look for change in demand , what components needs to be expedited . I prepare the documentation for the items that needs to be produced / assembled the next day. Supplier and corporate feedback in the afternoon I have formal weekly meetings with my staff and customer service to discuss supply issues or any other problems. I have a very good and open relationship with my manager peers and staff, although it is a lot easier to manage inventory than to manage people. Because you spend more time with your co-workers than with your family in a normal working week, and this makes is essential that you get along well with all co -workers. I enjoy analysing inventory and trends in demand. I like to know what is going on in the business and on the production floor and enjoy seeing how thins are made and how one component influenced to operation of another.

Pros: Produce a quality product. We have good benefits like company shares, medical , pension etc.
Cons: flat reporting structure, and most staff have 15 or more years service. This made it almost impossible to get promoted if people do not leave. currently morale is vey low

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve Excellent learning different cultures of associates I enjoyed working for a international company learning how the different branches do their business. The most challenging aspect of the job was to assist associates with something they require whilst I was busy concentrating completing a specific task that is urgent.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Work with all different departments and can't concentrate just on one.

Team work

We are family and we help each other the department I work . Also we belive in each others and help each other where help needed . making sure we deliver a product and a good one.as I believe with team work will provide excellent results and keeping the company brand high, by following work policy which apply in everything we do at work.

Pros: good archivement
Cons: excellent experience and I love my job

Associates treat you like family and not disrespect a person.

I'm a hard working associate which learn from the different departments. I enjoyed most working with the different kind of people at our company. I get on with all the associates, they all like family to me. I'm start early in the morning and work till home time. The biggest challenge I have at the company is to wait for people to report to me their monthly reports for me to complete month end for our manager.

Pros: Training is not a problem in the company.
Cons: The more you give to the company the more they would expect from you to be able to do.

Working inviroment

I'm enjoying my job I like to work with my hands, and also I'm happy person and I always what to do my job happy. Our working inviroment at my current company it's good we help each other and understand each others job . Also what i have learnt is that people that u work with they are my family too cause we spend most of the time together . And most challenging aspect was working with old people who what u say even if your right they don't value ur opinion but I adjust well give them respect they what till they where free and ready to listen when I suggest something.
