Planning ahead

Firstly to get that 50% percent deposit from the customer to me its a start of a telationship with him/her secondly After the project is done i usualy call again to find out if everything is ok not that there will be something wrong but to make them know that i m still there for future business .Thirdly always remembering that without them (customers) there will be no me or the business i m doing with them. After all they are the ones who are paying my salary.In conclusion with my co workers i always listen to what they have to say before i take any action even if i know better than them i dont show it cause i want them to always do better,think better,and lastly make them feel free and happy around me ,remember a happy worker can do more without realising that he/she is working under pressure

Pros: where ever I work I make sure I make the different
Cons: In my opinion a sales man/woman work for 24 hours

Able to work with people of different race

So far I have a good relationship with all my co-workers reason for that is i dont judge them and i m giving all young and old the respect they deserve so that i can also get it in return.Always remember if people have respect for you,you can make them do more that they are perfomance without them noticing that.I have learn that each an every day will not be the same at work you will have a good and a bad day and its up to you how you handle the bad day.I enjoy most when the costomer call me and ask to verify or check if the bank account is correct so that he /she can make a payment for the new order

Cons: for me that's part and parcel of the business
