Opportunity to grow my career

It's a good working environment, and the relationship between co-workers is good. I have learned a lot about the mining industry and their clientele. the most challenging aspect in this company is that they can't notice a job well done. not much appreciation is shown for hard work. getting promotion is a hustle, and it's always given to people who don't know their work.

Pros: Opportunity to study while working
Cons: More work to do with less salary
