Excellent learning experience

I Merlina Loveness Shokane have completed my matric in 2008 and further my studies at Eglanzeni FET College, I also did my 1year 6months experience at Tintswalo Hospital and graduated for Human Resources Management diploma in 2017. I am computer literate with ability to manage files both electronic and manually, I have a report writing skills,conflict management skills, good customer care service In relation to Batho-Pele,communication skills both verbal and written and good interpersonal relation,I aslo have telephone adquete manners and able to deal with confidentiality.

Pros: Great opportunity for more knowledge and skills
Cons: Lots of work to do
