I have learned a lot through Tirani and also had a promotion from being a call desk coordinator to Admin clerk 4 years ago. Through the experience I got from Tirani I also enrolled for office management course which will help me enhance my career. Great staff we have.

Pros: ability to work in every department and learn, fair working hours
Cons: promotion is limited as the company is too small

Excellent

Working with SLA makes one o focus and work within time. The daily work challenges makes me enjoy my work more. Having to deal with Client and Resolve issues that they might have make me appreciate my work more.

Pros: Working with Technicians while I'm in office and on Filed made it more fun. To know that I control and can rely on people I'm not certain about their where abouts made my work interesting. Knowing that I have to give them work and at the end of the day they made sure that they attended without any of us missing SLA.
Cons: I always worked normall 7:30 to 16:00 hours. Unless we have a Server call that needs to be attended after working hours. As Server calls needs to be attended after work when no one uses their machines.

Excellence learning curve

I am an observant, ambitious, dedicated and sophisticated young lady who believe in hard work. I have a good relationship with my current co-workers, we work well together and help each other and make sure we all participate in the team. I have learned to be patient with most users and never take criticism to my head. I enjoy working in a good environment and making people happy with my job. The most challenging aspect of this Job, is when you can't figure out what is wrong or what is the issue with the users machine, but with enough research you can win

Cons: long working hours
