It is a great expiereces t work at tirepoint because of al the oppertunities.

I AM ENJOYING WORKING FOR TIREPOINT AND THIS NEW FACTORY IS DOING WELL.

I AM A EARLY STARTER AND ARE ALWAYS AT WORK A HOUR BEFORE MY WORKING DAY START. I ALWAYS START , BY DOING MY PRODUCTION FIGURES TO THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY. I AM A TEAM PLAYER AND ENJOY WORKING WITH MOST OF MY CO - WORKERS. I WILL ALWAYS LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY , BECAUSE NO ONE ( GENERAL WORKERS ) ARE THE SAME EVERY DAY. I LOVE DOING PRODUCTION AND LOVE WORKING WITH MY PEOPLE AND ALL THE CHALLENGES COMING WITH THE JOB . I AM ALWAYS ON TOP OF MY JOB AND MY PEOPLE ANDTHERE WILL BE NO NEED FOR ME TO STRESS ABOUT ANYTHING.I AM EASY TO WORK WITH AND A ASSET FOR ANY COMPANU.

My Career objective is to achieve a challenging position, which offers job satisfaction. I am a confident, determined, cheerful individual and able to interact comfortably with all kinds of people. Work/Life balance

- Extreme working hours. - Barely any time for social life - Pressure and stress even when not on shift. - Getting to work from Home when working night shift and weekend shift - Very little help from the company when it comes to problems - Dealing with difficult customers and co workers - Company offers great If the paperwork for a breakdown doesn't come in within 7 days then we don't get our incentive for it even though we have done the work

Ability to grow within the company

Tirepoint is a great company to work for. Workers are treated fairly and it's directors are very supportive from the lowest level to the top management.
