Having to host an even worth half a million in a month and successfully being able to pull if off

On a typical work day I do project reviews and I work with a team of 8 people, We check if the project dates correspond with the implementation dates listed on the project materiel after the project has been completed and submitted to office. I believe that I am an easy going person who is very simple to work with.

Pros: Learning a lot
Cons: Long working hours
